Who we are

In an environment where the urgent tends to devour the important, true leadership isn't shown only in what is decided, but in knowing exactly when and how to act. Higher education today faces a historic crossroads marked by demographic shifts, declining enrolment, demands for virtualisation and the technological disruption driving profound organisational change. Faced with this scenario, the greatest risk for institutions isn't the crisis itself, but paralysis from over-diagnosis or the inertia of applying recipes from the past.

We are a university consultancy that firmly believes in the university's irreplaceable role as an engine of progress, culture and free thought. Our mission is to accompany universities in transforming complexity into decisions of strategic, organisational and reputational impact at the right moment.

G&T Global Advisors was born from the experience of two senior executives who have led universities, education networks and global projects. A network of experts is convened for each specific project. We understand from the inside the difficult task of governing an institution, integrating technology, weathering crises and deciding when and how to act.

Founding partner · Governance, planning and internationalisation

Senior leader in strategic management and university governance, with extensive experience in institutional leadership, strategic planning, and accreditation processes in higher education.

Partner, consultant, and advisor on projects that combine planning, the design of governance models, and the structuring of academic project management offices.

He advises universities on transformation and innovation processes and supports their growth management. He develops mutually beneficial international strategic alliances among higher education institutions, expanding their reach, quality, and global standing.

President Emeritus of ODUCAL, a network he chaired during the 2022-2025 period. He served as Rector of the Universidad Católica de Salta (UCASAL) for ten years. University professor at both undergraduate and graduate levels.

Academic Genesis and Regulatory Engineering

The challenge

Founding a university, validating an Institutional Distance Education System (SIED) or bringing degree programmes to CONEAU evaluation is not paperwork: it is a project of institutional survival and prestige. A flawed diagnosis delays the launch of a key academic offering by years.

Our approach

We design the project's architecture from day one and support its rollout: we structure the SIED to certified standards, and prepare the self-assessment, the graduate profile and the CONEAU visit.
